Sunday Worship during Covid19 Pandemic
Comfy Cozy Church worship services will be livestreamed each Sunday and replace our in person gatherings in our buildings until further notice. Grab your coffee and join us at 10am every Sunday morning from the comfort of your own physical location via our Facebook pages. On Facebook, go to Franklinville United Methodist Church or Newfield United Methodist Church’s pages. If you do not have a Facebook account you can set one up at Facebook.com. These services will also be recorded so if you cannot join us at 10am, you can check back on the service later in the morning. The plan is to also have these service livestreamed and recorded onto Youtube.com and our websites shortly. Stay tuned! Please email or text your joys and concerns to Pastor Beth no later than 9:30am Sunday morning so that she can share them during the service! Online giving is available for Franklinville UMC and is coming to Newfield UMC. In the meantime, it is important to our ministry that you mail your tithes, gifts and offerings to the churches. Please mail your checks to Franklinville United Methodist Church at 1525 Coles Mill Rd, Franklinville NJ 08322 or to Newfield United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 408, Newfield, NJ 08344. You may also drop checks into the secure slot in the mailbox at Franklinville at the end of the parking lot. During this time especially, our financial support needs are up, both to sustain our current ministries and to answer the additional needs of a hurting world. This is an opportunity for Christian love to shine! We will be updating all on specific financial needs as we progress through this time.
The Signs and Wonders Small Group Study will meet via Zoom starting Thursday, April 23rd from 6:30 - 7:45pm. To join the Zoom Meeting, go to https://zoom.us/j/309155746. Follow the prompts to get on. If you have any problems, call 646-876-9923 and you can join by phone. The meeting ID is 309155746.
Beginning Monday, March 23, Pastor Beth will be posting on our Facebook page a videoed Sacred Scripture Speech. She reads the Word each day and offers opportunity for you to engage on the Facebook page with the Scripture.
Our building is closed to outside groups during this time. Please pray for the AA groups that they find alternative arrangements that are safe and meet their support needs.
